Biography

Zheng Yue works at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Department of Dermatology and Venereology, and serves as Deputy Director of the Department and the Teaching and Research Office, Secretary of the Party Branch, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Chief Physician, and Senior Visiting Scholar at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Zheng Yue is Vice Chair of the Youth Committee of the Dermatologists Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association; Chair of the Technical Committee on Disfiguring Skin Diseases of the Continuing Education Branch of the China Plastic and Aesthetic Association; Vice Chair of the Youth Committee of the Dermatological Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine; Member of the China Geriatric Dermatology Research Center; Standing Committee Member of the Dermatology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association and Head of the Discipline Construction and Management Group; Deputy Head of the Dermatologic Plastic and Aesthetic Group of the Laser Medicine Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association; and Head of the Member Unit of the Laser Technology Application Center of the Chinese Medical Association. Zheng Yue has received multiple national and provincial honorary titles, including “Guangdong Outstanding Young Medical Talent,” “Pearl River Science and Technology New Star,” the Chinese Medical Doctor Association's “National Top Ten Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Dermatologists,” the Chinese Medical Association's “Guangdong Outstanding Dermatologist,” and the 2020 Chinese Medical Association's “Advanced Individual in Epidemic Response.” Zheng Yue has more than 10 years of clinical and research experience in the comprehensive treatment of sensitive skin, rosacea, acne, acne scars, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and skin rejuvenation, including AHA peels, aesthetic lasers, gold microneedling radiofrequency, and functional skincare products. As principal investigator, Zheng Yue has led 8 national, provincial, and municipal natural science foundation projects, published more than 60 domestic and international research papers, applied for 2 invention patents, and served as deputy editor-in-chief of 2 books.
